I have exactly the same problem like in Post n #40587. After the regeneration of the htaccess my backend is broken. After I added the ,L] as in #40587, everything runs without problems.
I understood that Admin Tools 7.5.1 and higher fixes the problem, right?

Almost correct all the way, except for the version number. The version which fixes the problem is 7.5.2, released earlier this morning.
