Scala is identifying these  files as suspicious, are they legitimate

Hello,

yes those files are legit.

The first one is used to restore your backup, the second one to create encrypted JPS archives, the last one is just the text version of our Kickstart software.

If you want to be extra sure, you can download the same version you have installed on your website, extract and compare the contents.
