This is the short list of changes performed between Akeeba Backup 3.2.b4 and 3.2 Stable.

Bug fixes

# The post-processing directory volatile key could "stick" causing issues when changing the post-processing engine.
# Using the Integrated Restoration feature caused a window with an "undefined" URL to open 5 seconds after the extraction was complete
# The backup notification module was not being translated in Joomla! 1.6
# The backup notification module was not automatically activated in Joomla! 1.6
# CRITICAL: Immediate post-processing of archive parts was corrupting the archives
# Multipart uploads to S3 would cause immediate post-processing of archive parts to fail
# Files and Directories Exclusion page would be empty due to JSON.parse. I now use eval() instead.
# Akeeba Backup Professional: running backup.php and altbackup.php using PHP-CGI would lead to no command line parameters being taken into account
# Symlinks to directories could not be excluded from the backup when "Dereference symlinks" was turned off
# Occasionally, part files could not be deleter or renamed. Now all backup archives are created with 0666 permissions to work around that.
# PHP 5.2 on IIS will return a copy of the object when $o = Factory::method() is used instead of $o =& Factory::method()
# Lazy Scheduling plugin: the language file wouldn't be loaded on Joomla! 1.6
# Restoring a Joomla! 1.6 site would result in an error message about the administrator email address
# PHP 5.3.3+ would throw an E_WARNING because Joomla! doesn't set the default timezone on systems where php.ini doesn't specify a timezone setting
# error_log files (created on cPanel hosts) may change their size during backup, causing a corrupt archive or backup failure. Akeeba Backup now automatically excludes them from the backup set.
