I'm using Yootheme pro v2.3.2

When adding a mailchimp sign up form using the yootheme pro builder element, the form doesn't fire.

When i disable the admintools.php plugin the form can then fire.

How can I make an exception? Yootheme support has offered the advice to add the themes folder as an exception, but I can't find documention on how to do this.

Mostly we're getting 403s out of the new YooThemes.  That's an easy fix.  Go to Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, on the Cloaking tab, set "Allow site templates" to Yes.  That's been fixing other clients.

Your issue with the MailChimp integration may be different.  If that setting doesn't work, trigger the error, then go to Blocked Request Log and look at the top error.  Copy and paste it here and we'll figure out what's next.

Thanks Dale. The cloaking setting worked for me.
