When I try to import a csv file through RO CSVI extension, I get a 403 error.

The extension needs excess to file adminitrator/index.php but thats forbidden.

When I use the standard htaccess file from Joomla, it works correct.

Any idea what could cause this problem?

Cheers,

Marc

Hello,

I'm pretty sure the extension needs access to another file and is not using Joomla standard entry point.

Please take a look at this page of the docs for detailed instructions on how to create Htaccess Maker exceptions here: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools/server-protection.html#determine-required-exceptions

Thanks.

That worked.

After I added the file administrator/components/com_csvi/rantai/rantai.php

to the Allow direct access to these files exeption, everything works perfect.
