It came back with the attached file. is this something I can explore further in admin tools ?

Hello,
you can already add those headers using Admin Tools Htaccess Maker. More specifically you need to enable those options:
- X-Frame-Options Please enable the option
- X-XSS-Protection Please enable the option
- X-Content-Type-Options Please enable the option
Save and regenerate your .htaccess and you'll be good to go.
