Hello,

I am still getting WAF blocks because ACY Mailing's "read this online" tags in emails have "tmpl=component" in the code. I see that this has been brought up by other users, and I also brought it up in ticket #31362, but I cannot see what the resolution for the other users was.

I have "component" in my lists of allowed templates in Akeeba Admin Tools Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, on the Cloaking tab.

How can I resolve this?

tmpl=component is most definitely allowed. Otherwise a lot of things would not work on your site, not just AcyMailing.

You need to send us the exact, complete URL that AcyMailing generates to tell you if something else might be blocked.

That said, I can't see how. My wife is using AcyMailing and didn't have any issue with Admin Tools. The only issue she had is that AcyMailing completely overrides the site's template and does its own thing, making it really hard to style anything but that's completely different and totally unrelated to Admin Tools.

I do not see anything which would be blocked in that URL. Go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Blocked Requests Log and see if there is an entry when you get blocked visiting the AcyMailing URL. If there is please tell me what the Reason is.
