I took a backup of my live site and restored this to my localhost XAMPP environment. I am not able to access the front end of my site, I am seeing a HTTP 500 error.

I am able to access the admin area so I set Joomla error reporting to maximum, then the following error message is displayed on my home page (see attached image);

Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.4.0". You are running 7.2.32. in C:\xampp\htdocs\dod\administrator\components\com_dpcalendar\vendor\composer\platform_check.php on line 24

I can see that my local XAMPP is running an older version of PHP (7.2.32), but would this be causing the issue? I can access the admin side fine. However I can also see a message about com_dpcalendar

Thanks

Hello,

the problem is caused by another extension, DP Calendar. It requires a newer version of PHP in order to run, your PHP version is too old and it stops with a fatal error.

There nothing that we can do, the only solution is to update your PHP version to 7.4 or contact DP Calendar developers for further assistance.
