EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 10MiB, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Connexion to NAS is OK as well as uploading test file which I can see on NAS in same folder where backup is supposed to go.

I can see name of backup but doesn't go any further

Many tries and I always get same error message as per attached screen shot.

Thank you for help

Regards from France

Hello,

looking at your log, you're trying to upload 4Gb of data in one shot. This is never going to work, since server upload will timeout.

Please get inside your backup profile and set a part size for split archive to 250Mb, then try again.

You'll have a multi-part archive, where each part is smaller and it should be uploaded without troubles

Thank you for your prompt answer.

As advised, splitting part size archive to 256Mb or even 512 MB works perfectly. I tried both cases.

I will more carefull about this in the future. May be a little warning could be useful ?
