Hi Upgraded from Joomla 3 to 4, did ll my checks, removed anything that was not compatble.

Upgraded to Joomla 4

Upgraded Jsitemap to J4

Upgraded Akeeba to J4

Upgraded Admin tools to J4

Upgraded Jspeed

Upgraded JCE Editor

Checked Ignite gallery compatable

Configured Akeeba 9.3.0 to new path for backups

But when I go to remove old akeeba nothing happens

1. So installed akeeba 8 again

2. then installed 9.3.0 again

3. tried to remove akeeba 8

Still not able to remove for some reason.

This website was originally built on Joomla 1.5 or 2 and has slowed progressed, Im wondering if something left from other versions thats conflicting.

Delete the file administrator/manifests/packages/akeeba/script.akeeba.php and try removing Akeeba Backup 8 again. It should now work.
