I'm tidying up my website and note that I have a few items that I think are hanging around from previous versions of Joomla and may not be needed any more. Do I need any of the following:
Can I safely remove any of these?

Yes, you can remove all of that. Note that FOF30 and file_fof30 refer to the same files, you might not be able to uninstall one of them because the files will be gone and Joomla will freak out about you trying to remove something which does not exist. Doesn't harm or break anything, it's just a database record which does nothing.
