I'm trying to file a support ticket, and every time I go to submit the form, it says required fields are missing...which they arent.

I will flag this for Nicholas.

You have to select a category (that's the part you probably missed) a title and a description. These are the only three required fields. Do not that the category selection is a drop-down: you have to select the applicable category. Leaving it to the default (select a category) is considered a missing field.

If the problem persists, send me a personal message or email at nicholas -at- akeebabackup -dot- com, mentioning your username. Thanks!

No. Ive verified it as well.
Category is selected, a subject is entered, as is a description.
Still the error:
"Subject" is Required
"Description" is Required

I just tried it again, but I can't reproduce this issue. Are you using Chrome, Iron or Chromium? This family of Chromium-based browsers is known to cause errors, because of the non standard way they handle page redirections and form submissions. If possible please use Firefox or Safari. If nothing else works, please email me your support question to nicholas -at- akeebabackup -dot- com, mentioning your username.

I was able to post a ticket with Internet Explorer. Failed in Chrome, and Firefox.

I went ahead and sent the original issue to the email address given.

Thanks for all your suggestions.

I received both your ticket and your email and replied to both (actually, I just copied the ticket response and pasted it into a mail message :) ). I understand why the ticket system failed in Chrome, but Firefox? I am using Firefox almost exclusively and it works here. Which FireFox version do you have? I'm trying to reproduce the problem in order to resolve it.
