OK as per the title I am getting the above error, anyone know why.



Error also is Uploading /home/mysite/public_html/tmp/site-mysite.com-20100618-140512.jpa has failed



I have tested the FTP connection and it does work.



Sorry I have not attached a log file as I don't want our info here for anyone to see. However I cannot submit a ticket as my subscription must not be at the correct level, as it asks for me to be subscribed??? Then why have the My Tickets link in the user menu if it cannot be used!



Anyway back to the error anyone got any ideas?

Disregard - it was a IO error, as in 'Idiot Operator' error - that being me - the path was wrong :rolleyes:
