Absolutely does not work you've declared that I can back up the directory on the server. How to do it. When I have multiple subdomains and I want to backup from one domain? Domeny on a single server. Vid: root directory domeny.sk - logs directory, sub (Subdomeny here is joomla.domena.sk), web (main domain that I want to back up www.domena.sk) How to do it??

I don't really understand your comments about your folder and site arrangements. But I can answer your question in general terms.

Akeeba is intended to back up all the files and folders for a single site's directory tree. If you have other site folders within that folder tree, you need to manually exclude the other site's folders from the "root" site backup. Backing up multiple sites in one backup is a bad idea, it makes restoring a single site very difficult. You can exclude folders with the "Files and Directories Exclusion" icon on the Akeeba Control Panel.
