Akeeba Backup LOG File

Hi!
Akeeba pro is giving me this error when i set the post-processing to upload the file to dropbox:

Cannot extract token! (form action=/login)

The error in the log is:
Failed Smart algorithm on AECoreDomainFinalization

paths seem to be ok:

/home/xxxyyyzzz/domains/-xxxxxxxxxxx-.it/public_html/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup
/home/xxxyyyzzz/domains/-xxxxxxxxxxx-.it/public_html/tmp

I tried unistalling and reinstalling several times, but got no luck
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thanks a lot!

Hi,
thanks for the reply
User and password are absolutely right. I got akeeba working fine with the same settings on other domains.
The only difference between those domains and this one is that this one is on a professional hosting plan (clustered debian 64bit host) while the others are on standard servers. (same hosting company)

Do you want me to attach a phpinfo for a working and a non-working domain?
Thankyou!
Regards

Just another thing:

if i try to check for update i got the following error:

You have to specify your AkeebaBackup.com username and password in the component's parameters for the update to work!

Update information not available

As before, same setting in other domains works fine
May it be a networking issue? say a routing or a firewall thing?

Best Regards!

I'm going to ask Nicholas to look at this.

These errors mean something very simple: your host is using a firewall which disabled communications with external servers. They will have to enable communications with dropbox.com (ports 80 and 443) and AkeebaBackup.com (again, ports 80 and 443). After they do that, both features will magically work ;)

Thankyou, very kind of you!
I'll ask to the hosting support team to do that..

Again, thankyou very much!
