I need some support with the latest version of Akeeba Pro. When I try to go to the support tickets, I get this error:
"Firefox can't find the server at www.akeebabackup.comsupport." You need to fix the url in your menu please. If I put a slash after .com I get an official error page. Please help.

I am sorry, but your subscription level does not give you access to the support tickets. You are only entitled to support through this dedicated forum.

As explained on our subscription page, the AKEEBAPRO level you are subscribed to only gives you access to the Professional edition of our Akeeba Backup software. If you need access to the very high priority, private support tickets you have to either subscribe to the SUPPORT or AKEEBADELUXE levels.

Support Information

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
