When trying to backup, an error message occurs, i have tried to backup using the option of iframes if an unusual AJAX error occurs, the error message appears slightly different but still with and AJAX error.

In the first backup it mentions a timeout error (error 500) even though i have set the transfer data to 1.75mb and unchecked the use HTTPS section.

I have used Akeeba to a lot of other sites and most i haven't had a problem with and this is the only site that comes up with this particular error.

Please Help!!! (find attached a screen shot of the second error)

Can you please ZIP and attach the backend backup log file? I also want to see the server-side story of this issue.

Go to the output directory and look for the akeeba.backend.log file. ZIP it and attach it here.

First try unchecking the "Process part immediately" option in your Data processing engine's configuration. Also please tell me which post-processing engine you're using, e.g. S3 or DropBox. I can see that an error occurs right after transferring the second backup part and I'm wondering if it's the server exceeding its CPU usage threshold or if you have a serious available space problem. Unchecking that setting will allow me to better understand what's going on. Post your new log if the backup fails again. Thanks!

Hi

i have unchecked this now the Process part immediately, it now seems to be running better, as i didn't get the error message i just ran out of quota. If i have any problems once ive upgraded the package i will upload the new error log but lets hope it wont come to that.

Thanks for your assistance
