Good Morning,
I have a website where a backup is made automatically and then it is uploaded to Dropbox. From now on the database has been growing a lot and now the process of uploading the copy to the dropbox does not execute it.
Could you give me a hand?

I attach the .log file to see if it is useful.

Thanks in advance:)

Hello,

I took a look at your log. There are some tweaks you can do, but I think the most useful is to include only the data you really need. I can see that your #__banner_tracks table has more than 3 million of rows. Do you really need them? If not, that would shrink the size of your backup and solve several issues.

Thank you for answering so quickly! That table we do need in our backup. He tells me to take a look at the registry, to make some configuration adjustments. Would you be so kind as to tell me what settings it is? I'm not a technician and I'm a bit lost. I would really appreciate it.

If you can't exclude any table from your backup archive, I suggest you to change your backup type to All configured databases.

In that way Akeeba Backup will produce an archive file, with a smaller size. If it's too large, you can easily split it into smaller files using the Part Size option. Please note that if the backup type is All configured databases, you won't have a SQL file, but a JPA or ZIP, with the ANGIE restoration script inside it.

Good morning again,

I have detected that if I run the backup from Akeeba, I have no problem uploading it to Dropbox. However, if the backup is run by Watchfully (a program I use to automate the backups) it won't upload it to Dropbox.
I don't know if the problem will be in Watchfully or in Akeeba.

Thank you very much for attending me :)

Can you please attach a backup log for both attempts (both from inside Akeeba and from Watchful.li)?

I just ran the backup from Watchfully and it has uploaded it to Dropbox. I have the feeling that the problem is found when Watchfully executes the backup automatically. As for the report, it has not generated any since no error has occurred. I will wait until tomorrow to verify what I tell you and I will get in touch with you again.

Many thanks:)
