EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I tried to set up DropBox for post-processing, but after completing step 1, I am redirected at the Joomla administrator login page.

Note that my admin user does not have the username "admin" in case that is important.

When I log back in, I am back at square 1, nothing is linked and Dropbox is not set up as target for post-processing.

What can I do?

Akeeba Staff

Hello,

are you doing those steps in the Incognito/Private mode of the browser? In that case Joomla won't recognize your cookie and won't let you in.

Anyway, you can manually complete the authentication by copying the token you see on the popup and pasting it inside Akeeba Backup configuration page.
