Hi, I used the same ZIP on other sites but one site says

Error There was an error uploading this file to the server. Unable to find install package

I saw in one place to turn on FTP - I did, still didn't work when I put the ZIP file in the tmp folder

I also checked the permissions and repaired them.. all oK>

Hello,

when you try to manually upload the file, in the Extensions > Install page, Joomla should report what's the maximum size for uploads.

Can you please tell me what's the value reported?

Maximum upload size: 128.00 MB

I solved the issue, in trying to previously setup remote akeeba backups, it had failed but left multiple backups in the server backup folder and had gone over disk quota.

I had tried to uninstall/reinstall Akeeba but the obvious lack of space led to the above.
