Description of my issue: Akeeba backup crashes at launch with the following 500 error: 
FOF: Model \Akeeba\Backup\Admin\Model\IncludeFolder not found

For business reason, I cannot upgrade the PHP version, nor the Joomla version.
I found on the support pages that the akeeba backup core v7.4.0.1. solves the issue but this version is not available on the download page (only the 7.4.0 is available for PHP 7.1).
Can you please provide me with the 7.4.0.1 version ?

There was never a version 7.4.0.1 for Akeeba Backup for Joomla. What you read was that a similar problem for Akeeba Backup for WordPress was solved in version 7.4.0.1. Akeeba Backup for Joomla! 7.4.0 didn't have this problem.

Please download Akeeba Backup Professional for Joomla 7.4.0 again from https://www.akeeba.com/download/akeeba-backup/7-4-0/pkg_akeeba-7-4-0-pro-zip.zip and install it on your site twice in a row, without uninstalling it before or in between the two installations.
