Good morning

I have the Akeeba Pro running on 17 joomla-websites.
Switching to Pro was due to the option to backup the files in a cloud. I'm using OneDrive for business.

The setup in all websites worked more or less fine,
Accces token and refresh token are all set.

So the first time, it all worked like a charm.
Never thought it would be so easy.

Now, when having the new Joomla-update, I run the automatic backup of Akeeba.
For some reason, only 3 out of 17 websites have their backup send to the cloud.
All 14 other websites do nothing.
When I click "manage backups', on some websites there is a button for "manage remotly stored files", on others there is no backup at all.
Although I saw the Akeeba screen "Akeeba backup now", with the colored bars...

Greetings

Hello,

can you please send me a screenshot of the Manage Backups page of one of the affected sites? Moreover I'll need the log of a failed backup, so I can review what's actually going on.

Good evening

Sorry for late reply.

As asked, I attached  screenshots of 2 of the 14 websites that didn't backup.

When I go for the log, I get:

mhm... most likely the level of the log was too low, that's why the log is empty. Can you please set the level to All info and debug and try again?

If you manually start the backup again, does it transfer to the remote cloud?

when I go in the component, and pres the "backup now" button, it backups and sends it to the cloud.

After backup, I get the screen where I can see the log. Log is about 5mb.

When automatic backup is done, before update, it seems to fail

I jsut backuped all my websites again, pressing the "backup now" button.

This works like a charm.

The only weird thing:
I always get a notice that I'm using the standard defailt folder for backups, although they go to the cloud....

Ok, that's good then. Most likely it was just a momentary issue.

Regarding the warning, yes, you are uploading them to the cloud, but you are writing them in the output directory, hence the notice.

Ok

Problem solved then.
I will do a follow-up in the future.

thnx
