Description of my issue:

I try to renew my subscription with 40% discount as existing customer. I'm currently travelling and located in Switzerland, which makes your payment software add VAT for Switzerland automatically. Since I live in Thailand and have registered from Thailand, I need to renew as a Thai resident, not Swiss resident. Please advise how to do this.

Since July 1st, 2019 Akeeba Ltd does not sell products directly to end users. All sales are performed through our authorized reseller, Paddle. They handle billing, sales tax / VAT and issue your invoices.
