When we run a backup via the front end method (using Watchful) the backup completes and the log appears to say that the parts are being uploaded to S3 but they are not removed from the local server which leads to disc space issues.  In reading the log it appears that something else is supposed to happen so the system does not delete the local file.  Am I missing something or has a setting been changed in error?

Hello,

can you please attach the log of the backup that is not uploading the archive to S3?

My apologies.  I thought I attached it.  Here it is.

Thank you very much for the log.

Looking at it, I can see that the process stops after about 10 minutes, while you're still performing the upload to Amazon S3. I suspect Watchfulli is enforcing a 10 minutes timeout, then the process is killed. You should get inside your Watchfulli account and review the settings, extending the timeout.
