Description of my issue:

Hi Nick,

good for you for ending free support!

Akeeba Pro has oddly stopped successfully uploading cron job triggered backups to the CloudFiles account. It was working for a couple weeks, then stopped.

Running a backup manually successfully sends the backup files to the CloudFiles storage account. It's just the command line triggered ones that aren't making it.

I read through the log, which I've attached, for one of the backups that didn't make it, and didn't see any errors that would indicated a problem.

Any ideas? I'll try upgrading to the latest Akeeba Pro...just noticed I'm behind a bit on versions.

Thanks much,
Forest

Hi Forest,

I'd suggest to first upgrade to either 3.2.7 or 3.3.b1 because of known bugs which have been fixed in those releases as well as a potential Denial of Service vulnerability in Akeeba Backup 3.2.6 and earlier.

That said, the log file you sent me shows a successful transfer of the archive to CloudFiles. I assume that's from the back-end backup, right? After the upgrade let the CRON job run, then go to Akeeba Backup, View Log, select the CLI origin and download & attach here the log file shown there.

Thanks, Nicholas!

Sorry for the delay in responding. I got hung up with a ton of things before I could get back to this issue.

I've upgraded and the cron seems to be running smoothly now.

Hope all is well with you,
~Forest

Hi Forest,

No problem! I know how it is when you have to do a gazillion things which all need to be done by yesterday or sooner :D I'm glad it's working now.
