Joomla! version: (unknown)
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: (unknown)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Hi, I have about 15 sites I backup regularly. I use a folder above my public_html as the temp directory and the jpa files are uploaded to dropbox once created.
The problem I'm having is that quite often my backups will fail with the message:
The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 0 (timeout)
Internal status: timeout
XHR ReadyState: 0
Raw server response:
undefined

OR

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 0 (error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 0
Raw server response:

Even though I get this message 'most' of the time the jpa file will still be uploaded to dropbox. Is this file a corrupt file or would it be ok to use it if I needed to restore my site at some stage? It has the full size (in MB) as other successful jpa backups.
I've attached an example log file.
Thank you.

This is a server timeout error. Your JPA file is 53.58 Mb long. And you have two HUGE problems:
1. It takes too long to transfer and it throws a timeout error
2. As per our documentation, archives over 50Mb might not be transferred at all to DropBox, due to limitations on DropBox' side.

Have you read the cloud setup part of our documentation? If not, start reading here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/step-by-step-guides.html#how-to-cloud-backup If you follow those instructions to the letter you will not have any issues :)

Thank you. Changing the 'part size for archive splitting' to 20 fixed my issues.
