Hi,
I just purchased the akeeba backup for WordPress. I figured out how to install and create backups, but I don't know how to restore it on a different server under a new domain name. Could you please give a step by step description? I really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Amir

Amir,

The short version is:
  1. Extract the archive with Kickstart
  2. Run Angie (this is the restore script embedded in your backup archive)
  3. Do the Dance of Joy
You can read the more detailed version in our Akeeba Backup for WordPress documentation here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-solo/restoring-backups.html
