Unable to exclude the backup folder, it is orange colored but backs up anyway, and cause double size bkup.
Strange message is the folder is outside root, but is in the same as wp-admin ecc.

Can you please ZIP and attach a log file? Something doesn't sound quite right. The backup output directory of the current backup profile is always excluded automatically and appears in red in the File and Directories exclusion. Orange means that you excluded this manually. The fact that it even allowed you to do so tells me that PHP is reporting a different folder as your web root than WordPress. I want to see the log file to understand what it sees.

I would like to remind you that attachments, even on a public ticket, are private. This means that only you and our support staff will see them. Other users and guests (not logged in visitors) will not see the attachment.
