Hi

Congratulation for this very fine component.

We develop a Joomla Component and we want to use the whole akeeba system as, I guess, it was done for the same porpuse (releases, support, susbcription,...)

We also do projects for customers that use our component and we want to have a ticket category for the customer to ask for little changes in their webs. (work requests)

They will have to buy some credits (60, 240,600), one credit is a minute. So they request something and we charge them by the minute.

I always asumed that therewas a way to assign a variable amounts of credits per tickets, when considering using ATS, my question is:

¿is that functionality on the roadmap? ¿estimation?

If this Is not going to happen soon, I will have to have a way to "hack" the component in order to achieve this, so any indication on where and how is apprecaite.

Thanks.

This feature is already implemented in the current version (1.2.4). Right below the reply area you (support staff) can add an optional amount of credits to charge.
