Hello
two question:
1) In new ticket, there is a way for add more then one attachment?
2) Do you think to add some filter in the "my ticket" section?
Thank you very much

Hello Dario,

1. No, the one ticket per post is by design. You'll have to trust us on this, our experience showed that having multiple attachments per post led to user frustration. When you have multiple attachments you have to make sure that all files are of an accepted file extension / MIME type, each one's size is less than the maximum file upload size, their total size is less than the maximum upload size and their total size when encoded is less than the maximum POST size. If one of these conditions is not met, the user must re-upload ALL attachments. If any attachments were uploaded they will occupy disk space on your server but not be connected to any ticket / you don't have any way to remove them.

2. Not in the near future. We might add a category and title filter in a future version.
