I am having problems with uploading attachments when creating a new ticket in the front end. This may have occurred since upgrading to 1.3.2

Images can be uploaded, but documents, for example .doc .pdf .docx are all rejected (I have added .docx as a valid extension in the media manager).

The follow error is displayed in the front end when trying to attach a .doc or .pdf file as an attachment
Attachment upload error: Uploaded file is not an image file and you are not a manager or higher.

You have disabled uploads of certain file types in Joomla!'s Media Manager. Please remember that ATS does not handle uploads by itself. It uses Joomla!'s API. The exact configuration of what can be uploaded by whom is defined in the Options of Joomla!'s Media Manager. This has always been the case. In fact, we haven't touched the uploads code between the first draft versions we used on our site (before 1.0.0 was released) and 1.3.2. Hint: you may want to disable the MIME type check in the Joomla! Media Manager's Options page.
