 Hello,

Is there a way to assign ticket per domain to a joomla acount? I have customers who let all the users contact us to open ticket. I do not want to create all those users in the site. I would like to do something like [email protected] assign it to the primary acount [email protected]

Or, is there a way all tickets fetch in that mailbox to have a ticket created than i can assign it to a specific account once i look at it. I should be able to talk with that spefici sender and the ticket will follow the subject ID ?

No, you can't and it doesn't make any sense if you think about it. Each ticket must be assigned to a specific Joomla! user otherwise anyone could read and reply to the ticket pretending to be the user who opened it. This is why you need a 1:1 match between tickets and users. The 1:1 between users and emails is a Joomla! limitation (in fact, every CMS that comes to mind has the same limitation).
