I have created a Multi-Select Custom Field. My label is set as:

My technical issue was seen on the following device(s). Please select all that apply. For multi-select, click and drag or Ctrl + click (PC) / Cmd + click (Mac).

I set up the Options as below:

1=PC

2=Mac

3=Tablet

4=Smart Phone

When creating a ticket all values display correctly, and the behavior is correct.

My issue is when I log into ATS as a Manager and I review a ticket. Under the Custom Fields info, my label displays correctly for the Multi-Select (above) however instead of seeing the values selected by the user displayed, all that is shown is the word 'Array'.

I realize that the Multi-Select values are most likely being saved as an array. How can I have my Multi-Select values displayed? (as opposed to the word 'Array')
