 Hello,

I wonder if there is a way that multiple users can write on the same ticket.

The idea is to create a category for users to give their ideas/sugestions/feature requirement , and other users can also make opinions about it.

Thanks

No, Akeeba Ticket System is not a forum, it's a support ticket system. Support ticket systems differ in forums in the sense that the only people who can respond to a thread are the person who opened the ticket and the support staff.

Reading your ticket I understand that you looking for neither a ticket system nor a forum. What you need is more something like UserVoice. If you find them too expensive, there are Joomla! components with similar features in http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contacts-and-feedback/testimonials-a-suggestions The main difference to forums and ticket systems is that users can not just propose ideas and comment on existing ideas but also vote on them. And we're not talking about voting as many ideas as they want. The UserVoice model of voting gives you a preset amount of "points" (usually 10) which you can distribute to as many features/ideas as you want, from 1 to 3 points each. When an idea is marked as completed you get your point back so that you can "invest" them to another feature/idea. I believe that this kind of system will work best for what you have in mind.

yes, this is exactly what I am looking for. Triying to avoid install yet another component. But you are right. These are designed just for what I need.

Thanks a lot.
