Hi,
I read ticket 18192.
There you say "or it will be automatically assigned to the first manager to reply to it."

How ?

My user send one ticket, various managers are notified, but the ticket is not assigned to anyone.
I must made it manually.

Hello Juan,

the ticket is assigned automatically to the first manager that answers to the ticket.
So when the ticket is just created, it's not assigned to anyone.
