 From the documentation, it indicates that there should be a feature that allows the technician to log his time to a ticket when replying, but we don't see that feature. Please see screenshot. Does something need to be enabled?

Hello,

the Time spent field is available in the Pro version only of ATS and it's displayed to managers only.

I just double checked and I found there was a problem with Category Managers, please installthe latest dev version in order to fix it.

Support Information
