I would use ATS to manage quote requests by anonymous users. Is this possible?

The ticket should be private, and the system should create the user when opening the ticket.

You have better ideas?

ATS richiede necessariamente che l'utente sia registrato per aprire un ticket, per cui non è possibile aprire ticket in maniera anonima.
