 Hi,
could you please just clarify if it possible to set the default ticket priority to 'normal'. I have ticket priorities disabled, so every new ticket get the 'high priority' status.

Hello Nuno,

what's the visibility of your tickets?
By default private tickets have an higher priority than the public ones.
