 Hi,

It would be nice that the user could see the credits consumption in the ticket list view.

Also,

Can the list be sorted by last updated?

Bye and thanks for this great component

We actually have a module (Akeeba Ticket System - Credits info) to display available credits and/or information on time spent on the user's tickets by the support staff. Modules are very flexible, you can put them in any convenient place allowed by your template. By using a module instead of hardcoded display we do away with the need for yet another confusing configuration option and/or the need to do a template override to move this information around.

Please remember that the credit information is always displayed in the New Ticket page, along with a warning if the user does not have adequate credits to file a ticket. We've found that this is the single most important place where users need this information.

Can the list be sorted by last updated?

Unfortunately no. I toyed with the idea a bit but it was becoming a maintenance nightmare because of the way Joomla! pagination is rendered (we have no control on the HTML being output). This would require us to put a drop-down either at the top of the page (which is already cramped if you use a narrow content are template e.g. Beez 3 with both module sidebars displayed) or apparently thrown recklessly at the bottom of the page. So I had to choose between filtering by category and letting you sort by ticket ID or last reply. I chose the one people were actually asking for. If I find a way to present more filters in a way that makes sense I'll update the page.
