 Hi there,

I was using the old version of ATS (git_43f2101) on another site and was expecting to plug 'n play as well with this new one, but...

I set categories (tried both reegistered and public) and menu items to categories list view and to new tickect view. Logged in the site side, when I click on categories menu item I see categories list with "view ticket" button "new ticket" button is missed.
When I click on new ticket I see the "select category" page, but after selected a category if I click to new tickect I get 403 access denied error (even if I have a registered ACL nad the category has "registered" ACL as well).

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Davide, Thank you for your fast reply.
