Since updating ATS, I am not able to select a user to assign to a ticket. What shows in the pop up is the entire website, not just a user selector. I can confirm it was working yesterday before the upgrade.

Please see screenshot.

Ok, so I have just confirmed that this is site wide on our website, not just with ATS.

However, if you have any info related to this it would be much appreciated!

Thank you for your time.

Hello,

I just tried and I can not replicate your issue. Do you have any other extension working with the users?
If you setup a test server and install only ATS, do you still have the same issue? If not, it means that there is something else breaking the link inside the modal view.
You should try to re-install all the extensions inside the test site until you get the wrong view: that extension is your "culprit".
