 Hello,

I have seen the ticket "33398  - mytickets-link-does-not-work.html

In my system I have a menu "support" where I have all the menu entries at the same level. the "my-tickets" entry is not a sub-level of the general (see attached print-screen with all entries at the same level).

The info related to my tickets are not displayed (only the general screen showing all the categories) is displayed.

I created as well a hidden menu entry my-tickets in another menu. Then it is working in that menu.

If I make an alias link to that hidden menu into the Support menu, then the my-entries are not displayed and the general list of categories are displayed.

This only to report you a supplementary context. I have seen that you should soon release a new version dealing with that point. Please let me know if you need further information on the case. In the mean time I will unpublished that menu entry in my support menu.

Kind regards

yves

This is a known issue, as you correctly said yourself. A new version will be released to address it.

Normally I'd say that we would release in early September as we've traditionally avoided releasing software between August 1st and September 15th due to vacations. Seeing that everybody's vacation schedule is upended this year due to the pandemic I am aiming for sometime between August 17 to 28.

Thanks Nicholas for the feedback.

Early September is fine for me.
