Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.
As of today, I get the following error on the Finished page:Â Unable to connect to the Database: Could not connect to MySQL.
It's strange as the database restoration is successful. I have to manually configure the configuration.php for it to work, so it doesn't seem to be a database credential issue as it does actually restore it.
I've tried several backups and they all appear the same. I'm attempting to restore on on MAMP.
Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
