Hi,

Two questions:

1. I enable this option in the configuration:

Display user groups
Display the user groups of the ticket owner to support staff users? Useful to communicate which products / services a client is entitled to on most sites.

I am logged as a super administrator at the front-end, however, I do not see any user group. But I have to note super administrator is not assigned to the ATS category as a moderator/support staff.

2. Who belongs to support staff members and where to manage them?

A free version of ATS.

Regards,

1. This feature is only available in the Professional version of our software.

2. This is already explained in the documentation. People who have the Support Staff privilege. Also remember that Super Users have by definition all privileges enabled on their user account therefore they are de facto Support Staff on all categories.
