If any of the required settings are marked in red the restoration may be able to proceed, but your site will most likely not work. Do note that these are the required settings of Joomla!, not Akeeba Backup. You will get the exact same errors if you try to install a brand new Joomla! site on that server. In order to solve them, please consult Joomla!'s documentation or the official Joomla! forums.
