This is a bug fix and maintenance release.
Users who are explicitly invited to a ticket (via the #__ats_tickets_users table) can now reply to that ticket by email through the mail gateway. Previously, only the ticket owner and support staff could reply by email.
When creating posts and manager notes via the Joomla API application, explicitly provided created_by and modified_by values are now correctly saved. This is useful for migration and import workflows where authorship must be preserved.
