Removed glyphicon references from buttons (broke the display on some sites). We are now using the built-in Joomla icon classes instead.
Improved the layout of pages listing multiple Two Step Verification methods. There was some CSS missing after the recent rewrite. Now things should look a bit more presentable.
Could not turn off 2SV quickly with the Turn Off button on Joomla 3. This is a regression after the recent rewrite. There were some other, related issues regarding the anti-CSRF token handling in some pages which were addressed by the same fix.
Built-in first time page would not display for some users. This was also a regression following the rewrite and had to do with the way we have to use session data to make it compatible with both Joomla 3 and 4.
