Information on invoices

We have been using different invoicing solutions over the years our site has been in operation. Depending on the date of your subscription the invoices you have received can be accessed in a slightly different manner. This section will help you understand how to get access to your invoices.

If you subscribed after July 1st, 2019

Starting July 1st, 2019 Akeeba Ltd is not selling directly to its clients. All transactions are done through our reseller, Paddle, which handles the billing, taxation and invoicing. They are the merchant on record which means that they are issuing the invoices to you. The invoices are emailed to you and stored on Paddle's servers.

A link to the invoice is sent to us and we present it to you next to your subscription in your My Subscriptions page.

If you subscribed between March 28th, 2013 and July 1st, 2019

Your invoices were sent to you by email as PDF files.

You will be able to access your invoices in our site's My Subscriptions page until July 1st 2020.

If you subscribed before March 28th, 2013

You have received your invoice by email, as a PDF file.

Your invoice was issued by one of two legacy systems we had used in the past which are no longer on-line. Therefore we cannot give you access to these old invoices.

If your account is deleted

Due to compliance with EU GDPR regulations inactive accounts are automatically deleted upon a one month warning. Invoices for deleted accounts cannot be retrieved, regardless of when you subscribed.

However, if your account with us is deleted but you subscribed after July 1st, 2019 you may try to ask our reseller, Paddle, for a copy of your invoice.
