In the Quick Setup Wizard, the link in the modal notice is wrong.

And I see that this is a known issue. It says in the thread that a fix was planned, but it was delayed due to a server move on March 5th. This issue continues to affect our sites, as we are constantly launching new sites and using the wizard. The thread in question is now closed, but no solution is posted.
Can I ask if a fix is available, and when it will be published? Our sites are currently using version 1.1.1.
