Does Akeeba Admin Tools have any options to create a password policy throughout the WordPress website?

I know I can set a password expirory limited so a user would need to renew their password every so many days etc.

But what we would like to do is set a password policy for all users. So when a new user subscribes they would need to use a specific password length with set number of characters and types. Does Admin Tool have anything that can do this?
